During the 1-2 hour telephone consultation, we explore all your requirements in details. Your unique criteria will become the center of the process. This consultation, we begin the education process and present an overview of how to execute a successful franchise review.
Each specialist has a working knowledge of every franchise in our database and has spent hours in conversation with the franchisor learning about their business. We will match your requirements against our database and find the best matches. We will contact each franchisor and verify that the territory is available. Further, and this is unique to EFS, with your permission, we will share some highlights about you with the franchisor. We do this so that you move to the top of their list of prospects, even before your first conversation.
After completing your search, we will review with you the 3-4 franchises that best meet your requirements. We will share with you details about the franchise and why it was specifically selected for you. Once we have agreement on the selections, EFS will then contact the franchisees and they will contact you within 24-48 hours.
Even though you are spending most of your time talking to franchisor and franchisees, will continue to be your consultant and resource. On a scheduled weekly call, we review your progress. We will share tools and techniques that will enable you to move through the due diligence process to reach a decision.
On average, you will invest 7-10 hours per week in your investigation and the process typically takes 4-6 weeks.
